Riyan Benny Sukmara is a lecturer in department of Civil Engineering, Institut Teknologi Kalimantan. He was graduated from Department of Civil Engineering ITS Surabaya (bachelor and master degree). Now, he pursuing PhD degree in National Central University. His research related to the non-structural based approach of urban flood management and water conservations.
