Students are declared to pass the undergraduate stage if they meet several conditions, namely:

1. Have completed the entire study load of 144 credits including the Final Assignment 
2. Have submitted a scientific article. Scientific articles resulting from the final project are submitted to journals, conferences/ seminars, or published in the ITK repository
3. Have learning achievements targeted by study programs with a minimum grade of C
4. Reached the minimum score requirements of The IAET ITK Independent Examination or equivalent (TOEFL Score 460)
5. Reached SK2PM requirements with a minimum of 1500 points earned from student activities attended by students
