Tunagrahita is a condition where a person has special needs with intelligence (IQ) below average, which ranges from 50-70. People with tunagrahita usually have comorbidities such as spasticity, autism, hyperactivity, and learning difficulties. The attention and affection of parents and people around them are needed for people with intellectual disabilities as a form of social and emotional support, so that they can feel cared for and not different from others. However, today most parents underestimate their children who have the status of tunagrahita, because they think that their children will not have a future. In fact, most children with special needs such as tunagrahita have a lot of potential and talent that is still latent in them, it's just that they need longer time and more special attention to hone their potential and talent due to the limitations of the motor system owned by the tunagrahita. Therefore, the author offers a solution for children with disabilities at SLBN Kecamatan Balikpapan Selatan, namely a program called B-three (Playing, Learning, and Cultured). This program is a form of dedication of students of Kalimantan Institute of Technology in helping to improve the motor system of children with disabilities through the introduction of local wisdom and Indonesian culture. This program contains character development through art and creativity with submaterials / categories, namely the introduction of traditional music, traditional house design, and playing traditional games in Indonesia, by incorporating elements of learning while playing into it. The main purpose of the implementation of this program is to improve the social spirit and self-confidence, creativity, and motor system of the students with disabilities of SLBN Kecamatan Balikpapan Selatan through the introduction of local wisdom and Indonesian culture, as well as to improve the closeness between parents, students with disabilities, and teachers at SLBN Kecamatan Balikpapan Selatan through the implementation of the B-three program.
