ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROPOSAL SEMINAR AND FINAL PROJECT DEFENSE – JUNE 2025 PERIOD

To all students of the Civil Engineering Study Program at ITK, this is to inform you of the schedule for the Proposal Seminar and Final Project Defense for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, June 2025 period, as follows:

1. Registration for Proposal Seminar and Final Project Defense
Date: June 9 – 13, 2025

2. Scheduling and Implementation of Proposal Seminar and Final Project Defense
Date: June 16 – 20, 2025
Students are required to independently coordinate and schedule the seminar or defense with their respective academic supervisors and examiners.
Format: Offline or Hybrid, based on mutual agreement.

3. Submission of Final Project Report Revisions
Deadline: July 6, 2025, or no later than two weeks after the Proposal Seminar or Final Project Defense
